Instructions For Renewing Your SecurityMetrics PCI Compliance Certificate.

Processor’s Compliance Fee (SignaPay/Cynergy Data Merchants): 

1. The annual compliance fee is debited in June. Deadline:  The SecurityMetrics certificate must be provided by May 21^st  to prevent the compliance fee debit.  
2. If you have already been debited the processors compliance fee and have not registered for compliance through their program your fee may be refunded. Deadline: The Security Metrics certificate must be submitted to us prior to August 21^st , to receive reimbursement.

Renewal Instructions (registered SecurityMetrics certificate holders):

1. Log in at www.SecurityMetrics.com.
2. Click on "Renew", lower righthand corner.
3. Choose Annual Service, "No Internet"
4. Acquiring Bank field should read "Texas Small Business Service"
5. Click on "Calculate".
6. Discounted Renewal price should be $24.99.
7. Click on "Continue" to renew your compliance certificate.
